We are proud to complete our latest ‘plug and play’ containerised compressed-air package for the Compressed Air Centre team. The system comprised 3 off HPC Kaeser ASD 60 T direct-driven fixed speed, air cooled rotary screw compressors with 2 off 2000 litre vertical air receivers and a desiccant dryer for a separate instrument air supply.
To ensure optimum energy efficiency, the complete compressed air system is controlled by the HPC KAESER SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0. Built to meet a detailed client statement of requirement, the container was lined internally with PVC wall and ceiling panels to provide a wipe clean surface and a durbar steel floor. A combination of electrically actuated cooling air ducts and enclosure heaters, provide a temperature-controlled environment for the compressors and refrigerant dryers to operate effectively.
