Factair’s latest air quality test instrument, the SafeGuard, has new upgraded options for dewpoint monitoring.

The compressed-air monitoring version, SafeGuard-C has a dewpoint sensor rated down to a pressure dewpoint of -20 degrees centigrade.
Its alarm can now be configured based on a set pressure or atmospheric dewpoint, or alternatively a minimum point below the ambient temperature.
This is ideal for breathing-air applications where the standard EN12021 requires the pressure dewpoint to be a least 5 degrees below the likely lowest working temperature. Or if this is not known then the PDP should not exceed -11 degrees C.
