ACT1400 After Cooler Trolley
The Factair ACT1400 trolley is designed for use with an untreated compressed air supply to reduce the air temperature and remove any condensate.
Mounted in a stainless steel trolley with barrow wheels the ACT1400 is light and manoeuvrable and easy to transport.
The ACT1400 uses a small proportion of the air to drive a fan motor that forces air through the radiator. The fan drive is lubricated with antifreeze oil so that the fan motor can keep working even in cold weather. The compressed-air is then passed through a water separator and condensate is collected in a plastic container on the unit for later safe disposal. Further air filtration may be required depending on the specification required.
The ACT1400 should be positioned to ensure that cooling air is not recirculated and that hot air from the supplying compressor does not affect the efficiency of the radiator.
