FM27E Mobile Electric Breathing-Air Compressor

Factair has launched the latest addition to its mobile breathing-air compressor range, the FM27E. This three phase 32A electric unit produces 1.7 m³/min (60 CFM) at 7 bar supply of compressed breathing air significantly exceeding the criteria laid down in EN 12021:2014 for operatives using either constant flow masks or positive pressure demand masks.
The system includes a 5 stage breathing-air filtration including CO and CO2 suppression.
It also has an inlet coupling for an external regulated HP cylinder back up supply, together with optional continuous atmospheric intake air monitoring using Factair’s new Safeguard instrument.
